Beautiful hotel with free wi-fi, the location is amazing so close to the beachfront with a short walk down hill. The standard double room is neat and reasonably large. Amicable and really friendly staff ensures you spend a very lovely time here. 

My stay here was very comfortable. Booked a room with nice balcony for my use. The staff were affable and gave me good recommendations.

The room was both airy and neat with good WiFi, mini fridge and tea. The staff and the host were all amiable and excellent. The location was unbeatable and excellent and the free parking was on site.

I booked neat and airy room with tea or coffee and an open fireplace plus kettle. Have stayed here many times and would like to go back there again.

The room was lovely little with the shower tray and kettle plus tea and safety measures included smoke detectors.

The hosts at Lincoln House were exceptional, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They even allowed me to store my bags after check-out so I could explore the city without the extra weight.
